I would highly recommend Junk King for an estate cleanout. The pricing was fair, and Jason did exactly what he agreed to do, and then some. They were on time for the initial meeting to do the quote, and on time to do the work. I am thoroughly impressed with how this company conducts their business. I don't have any before pictures, but it's a 1 bedroom apartment that had a build up of 20 years of "stuff" in it along with some very heavy furniture.
